Husqvarna Jikai mainly focus on hot-pressed sintering, laser welding and brazing process for diamond blade, diamond tools for surface preparation , diamond core bits, electroplate blade and spare parts, totally more than 300 types of products. On the basis of mature technology, advanced equipment and great innovation, the company’s annual capacity of sintered blades is 7 Million pieces, 1Million pieces laser and brazed products, and more than 300 thousand pieces for surface preparation tools.
Major EPC equipments include varies series of scraper conveyors and AFC Pan. The block casting AFC pan is casted in the same model, no welding stress and distortion. As a creation in the world, it is approved by many experts and obtained a national patent. Due to its precise dimension and changeability, it can match with continuous miner and hydraulic stand well completely.
